This summer I am less productive in film photography than the last, which gives me the chance to go through unpublished rolls of film. It is sadly fire season in many parts of the world, so it feels relevant to share a series of photos I took, after a gorse fire had burned near the Howth Cliff Walk in Ireland last June. The smoke from the fire had covered the trail in a thick blanket of smoke reducing visibility and making the area look quite surreal. The result was a group of very unique shots.
